viLogics operates data center facilities in Western Pennsylvania, with 42U and 48U APC NetShelter racks and room to expand facility capacity as client needs grow. The facilities are located near multiple utility substations and offer access to five carriers, providing flexibility for both power and connectivity needs.
Our team can assist with equipment migration and installation, and Smart Hands support is included with every colocation contract for situations where someone needs to physically check, restart, cable, or otherwise assist with equipment. All monitoring is managed by our onsite NOC and SOC. The facilities can also support backup and disaster recovery strategies as part of a broader business continuity plan.
Clients also have access to multiple dedicated business continuity and incident response rooms. If a disruption requires teams to work away from their normal facility, personnel can come on-site, connect their equipment, coordinate calls, and manage response and recovery from a ready-to-use workspace.
